The science fair presentations are over. Turns out that I may have underestimated my project: "The Effect of Tube Material on Rijke Tube Resonance," because it got entered into the Physics category at my school's science fair. Now, if I'm to be bitchslapped by its success, then it needs to qualify for the regional competition, something that I have never previously done in all my three years of MST-magnet-school-science-fair.
Again, I see science fair as a way to achieve my lifelong goal: to make a name for myself; to do something great that will get me remembered or in a book, somewhere. I don't want to be just anybody. Is that a little pre

Whew. Lots of work these past couple of weeks. For one, the Science Fair. Thank goodness that I'm almost done with that. Just have to write those papers, make a backboard and prepare a presentation.
Math: trigonometry. I don't think I need to elaborate any more than that.
Spanish: the subjunctive tense. Gr.
Science: cells.
Weekends: forced into going to my sister's gymnastics meets. They are usually out of town.
It is the culmination of all of these activities that has hindered my art-submits. Or, it's because my scanner is broken and I don't take very good pictures with the camera n' all.

Well, first of all, my old buddy The77Deadly7 attracted attention to you in a journal, I believe, and since I have a tremendous amount of respect for him and his opinions, I took a little look. I read one of your submissions and I knew that you were one to keep an eye on. Your poetry is -superlative-.
Well, thank you very much then! I try to write good poetry, and it seems I succeed more often than I think. Oh, and by the way, due to a name mix up The77Deadly7 is known to me in person as Johnathan. It's a little confusing, I know, but we get a kick out of it when we confuse other people.
